The gypsum board production line is a special equipment for the production of new building materials gypsum board. Its main working process is: automatically and accurately measure the plaster, water and various additives, and enter the mixer through a continuous and automatic transmission system to mix and stir. Disperse it on the protective paper of the gypsum board which is continuously moving forward. During the advancement process, after vibration, the slurry is gradually dispersed and uniformly distributed. When it reaches the forming station, it is compounded with the back of the gypsum board and passed through extrusion. In the molding machine, the slurry is completely enclosed by the upper and lower cardboards and extruded into a regular flat plate. The flat plate continues to move forward at a strictly controlled and stable speed on the continuous production line, and gradually forms a wet gypsum board with a certain strength and regular shape. In the cutting system under precise automatic control, cut into veneers according to the set size. The veneers are arranged in an orderly manner through the program control system, turned over, and enter the dryer. Under the strictly controlled drying temperature, the adsorbed water in the boards is evaporated. After the board comes out of the dryer, the temperature is gradually reduced as the production line advances. After turning over again, each two boards are stacked on the front side, and the two ends of the boards are cut into standard size by the end saw, and then transferred to the automatic stacker, stacked into a neat and regular finished product into the warehouse.

The production line is mainly composed of six parts: raw material processing system, mixed batching system, forming and conveying equipment, dryer and drying system, dry plate conveying and stacking system, and electric control system.
